I started on the phones, ran operations for a pharmacy software company for six years, and now run six ventures across India, the US and Nigeria.

I started on the phones: lead generation, then Microsoft support for customers in the US and Canada, then technical sales. In 2015 I joined Softbiz Solutions as Operations Manager for AdvancedRx, and spent six years learning that most problems are process problems in disguise.
Along the way I built Refill Rx, a pharmacy refill app, sold it to Kunac International and stayed on to run its marketing and sales. RxOnWeb started as a pharmacy management system company. Then we took on US radiology. I had no radiology background, so I asked questions until the answers became systems. The desk grew to 35 people supporting up to 70,000 studies a month.
If you have a messy operation, I'd like to hear about it.
Six ventures across India, the US and Nigeria.
A 24/7 PACS support desk: worklists, calls, addenda, critical results and TAT reporting. 35 people, up to 70K studies a month.
Bought Refill Rx, the pharmacy refill app I built. I still run its marketing and sales.
